Jack is a very loved dog by his family and friends. He was rescued from RSPCA Layborne in Kent as a 8week old puppy. He spent the first few weeks of his life on the streets with a homeless person before the RSPCA rescued him. When he was 9 months and 18 months old he had had both knees re aligned and grooves made deeper to stop them dislocating. Sadly over the last few years he has become lame and now requires more surgery. He has ruptured the cruciate ligament in one of his knees. This requires more surgery by a specialist as the bone has to be cut and realined . Jack requires £5000 to be raised for this prosedure and he and his family would be very great full if anyone could help raise these funds . Many thanks.
