I would like to purchase a local coffee shop with a view to it becoming a very community based place. There are many public houses but no comfortable friendly gathering places where people can just "BE".

I would like to make it a safe haven where people can come and talk and work through some issues with people that can listen with actual knowledge and perhaps solutions. I would like to invite a trained professional in once a month to start with ie, a solicitor or health specialist or someone trained in talking people out of suicides, alcohol addition or someone to help with beds for the homeless etc.

I genuinely believe that there is a gap in the market for this kind of informal help which could eventually be linked with many government services.
