This is the mobility scooter that has stopped working after a nasty bump due to pavement disrepair. The scooter is a Shoprider 4 deluxe and is only 4 inches from the ground. After going along the pavement, as there was no alternative route, the said scooter then got lodged. After being freed the scooter would not move, there was no response from the controls.

This is an essential item as it enables the owner to attend medical appointments and gives a certain amount of freedom. A better scooter that is higher off the ground is what I, the owner am aiming for. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
