My name is Kim and I am doing the Take heart annual sponsered walk on sunday 24th september at Roundhay Park. My friend Helen has done the walk every year since she sadly lost her beautiful and amazing daughter Sam. Take heart are a wounderful charity who do so much for so many and if it wasnt for the life saving equipment they provide to the cardiac intensive care units, my friend wouldnt have been able to have the precious time that she did with Sam before she passed Away. So I am very happy to be able to join Helen this year in memory of Sam.
