Story

This amazingly strong 3 year old cheeky little girl, Kimora has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. She is currently under-going intensive treatment including chemotherapy.
Kimora has a 3 month old little brother who was only 3 weeks old when she was diagnosed.

Neuroblastoma is a cancer that affects children, most frequently those under 5 years old. Around 100 children are diagnosed with neuroblastoma every year in the UK. Neuroblastoma is a cancer of a particular type of nerve cells, called neural crest cells. These are cells involved in the development of the nervous system and other tissues. Neuroblastoma tumours can occur in any part of the body but are most common in the adrenal glands. These glands are found above the kidneys. They release hormones to maintain blood pressure and help us respond to stress. Neuroblastoma tumours are also sometimes found in the nerve tissue alongside the spinal cord in the neck, chest, abdomen or pelvis.
All patients with stage 4 disease diagnosed after one year of age are classified in the high-risk category. In stage 4 disease, the neuroblastoma tumor cells have already spread (or metastasized) to other sites in the body, such as the bone or bone marrow.

Our aim is to raise as much money as possible to give Kimora and her family a wonderful holiday, away from the day-to-day hospital visits, allowing her to be the little princess she is and enjoy some quality family time.

We want to see that cheeky smile again and as a team we will do everything possible to support Kimora and her family.

All donations, small or large are greatly appreciated. Lets make this little princess smile again!!!!
