Dear friends and family - Mikail and PJ would like to invite you to be part of, what would have been, the 70th birthday of their mother Adetoun Adesunloye.

For the woman who made the phrase ‘Kindness is Cool’ something of a mantra, we thought it would only be right to celebrate the memory of her time here by doing something for the community and for others on her birthday.

To that end, we have picked an orphanage in Lekki and the quarter for the disadvantaged and disabled in Ebute Metta to assist with support . We invite you to please remember our mother and what she stood for on this day by lending your support to the first of what will become an annual ‘Kindness is Cool’ day.

The two causes we shall be supporting on the day are:

The Lekki Motherless Babies home - We'll be putting on a catered fun day, with events, music and entertainment for the children, and providing much needed assistance to the orphanage in the form of food, medical supplies, and funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, as well as the education of the children.

The Disabled/Disadvantaged area in Ebute Metta - This is an area of Lagos that a lot of beggars, the mentally ill and those in extreme poverty have been shuttled into. We will be delivering food and clothes to them.
