We are Kings Heath Community Kitchen. We are a group of volunteers offering hot meals, clothing and outreach support to the most at-risk people in our community. My of our volunteers including myself understand what it's like to live on the street and not know where my next meal is coming from.

Why We’re Here:
In the heart of King’s Heath — a community of 18,790 residents — many families are struggling to put food on the table.
📉 68.8% of residents are unemployed
🧒 22% of the population is under 18
💔 41% of children in Birmingham live in poverty
🏘️ 29% of children in King’s Heath live in low-income housing
💷 31% of local people rely on Universal Credit
We are also taking meals to people who are not able to make it to the kitchen so that they can still access a hot meal whether they are on the street, can't access us directly or housebound.
