Finally, I would like to say thankyou for all of your donations received. The final total raised was £3.7k. The battle continues...... With regards to Crown Crest, despite HBBC unanimously rejecting the planning application, Crown Crest are appealing against this decision, a process which could take up to 18 months! They have also opened a second access gate into the site which they are claiming is NOT subject to any planning conditions, and thus enabling them to access the site 24/7, 365 days.

Just a short note to advise everyone who has donated to this campaign, that today, I have instructed "Just Giving" to close the fund raising page in order so that as Treasurer of the Action Group, I can draw down and access the funds raised. I need to reimburse people who have already paid for items out of their own pocket, plus we have several up and coming costs (speed guns / air pollution monitoring / legal fees etc) that need to be paid for. As Treasurer I will keep track of the funds and provide a monthly statement to the group Committee
