Story
Dudley Mind is an independent local charity which supports individuals and families who are experiencing mental health difficulties. They help to facilitate and co host peer support groups for anxiety, depression and OCD. Currently I am a registered volunteer for them and see first hand the great work they do.
On the 6th May I will be doing a 10 mile walk (walking out of darkness) in partnership with a charity called CLASP. This will be during mental health awareness week 2017.
