Story
I'm raising money for my Nan so she can have the memorial garden for our Gramp who we lost nearly 2 years on the 23/12/2016 he not only had altzimers but also had c.o.p.d which is a lung condition. We have been meaning to do him a memorial garden but have never had the funds to do due to other expensives. He was not only my Gramp but also my best friend who i could talk to about anything he was always there for me no matter what
