Story
When i was 6 i was diagnosed with a rare condition which effects 1 in 500,000 girls in the uk (around 20 girls currently known). I have been based at Great Ormand Street Hospital in London since i was 7, soon i will be leaving and moving to a hospital more sutiable for my age. To give a small percentage back of what they have given and done for me, i will be climbing Snowdonia to raise money for the ward that i have been on.

When I was 6 I was diagnosed with a rare condition which effects 1 in 500,000 girls in the UK. After all the staff at GOSH going the extra mile to treat me, the least I can do is this.
