Teesside Academy of Gymnastics is a new gymnastics club providing coaching recreational gymnastics sessions to professionals gymnastics for children and young people of Teesside. It has only been open 4 months and it has already had phemonenal success at the English Tumbling Championships and the North of England Tumbling NDP Regional Championships.

The gymnastics club have done this using non of their own equipment, and renting gymnastics facilities of other gymnastic clubs.

We would absolutely love your support, no amount is too small. Imagine what the club could achieve with their own facility and equipment?!

My aim for the next 3 weeks is to run/walk/cycle at least a mile everyday! It may not sound a lot, but getting my bum off the sofa to do exercise everyday is hard work!!
