💔 This is the update we desperately hoped we wouldn’t have to write.

Amy’s condition has worsened.

Sadly, the treatment for the tumours in her brain hasn’t worked as we had hoped. The tumours have continued to grow and are now causing a build-up of fluid on her brain.

We have also received the devastating news that the cancer has spread into Amy’s bones. She now has tumours affecting her spine, which are beginning to impact her mobility and everyday life.

After everything Amy has already fought through, it feels unbelievably cruel that she and her family are now facing even more.

We are now looking into every possible option and seeking further treatment outside of the NHS. We are determined to explore whether there are specialist treatments, clinical trials or other avenues that may be available to Amy.

This will bring additional costs, including consultations, travel, treatment and ongoing care. The money raised will help Amy and her family access these options while easing some of the financial pressure they are facing.

Behind all of this is a mam who loves her children beyond words. A woman who has spent years supporting others, raising money, building people’s confidence and giving so much of herself to those around her.

Right now, Amy needs that support returned.
