Story

I am Kit and I am 12 years old. I am running 100km over 12 days to raise money for two charities: ROSY and the MN Foundation in South Africa.

ROSY is a brilliant local charity that helps the families of children in Oxfordshire with severe disability, chronic or terminal illness. They fund respite nursing care at home, equipment to improve the quality of life for families who are looking after a disabled or sick child, and a counselling service for families affected by having a child with a severe disability or illness. You can find out more about ROSY here.

The MN Foundation is a fantastic charity, set up in South Africa by world-renowned dancer Mbulelo Ndabeni, to train, educate and empower young people in the Eastern Cape to contribute towards job creation and to alleviate poverty. You can find out more about the MN Foundation here.

I have set myself the challenge of running 100km over 12 days for these two brilliant charities. I really hope the rain stays away, or this may turn out to be a 100km swim! It is going to be really tough, but with your support, I'm determined to go the distance.

Thank you very much for reading this far! I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me to complete this challenge and help me to raise money for two charities I feel very passionate about. All the money that I raise will be split equally between them.
