I have been travelling to Brazil every year since I was six months old. Growing up in London, I was able to experience the differences of living in one of the largest cities in the world and a small fishing village called Maracajaú, located in the north-east of Brazil, of fewer than 4000 people. For the past four years, I have been doing my best to give these young minds as equal an opportunity to learn as I can. I am greatful to have inspired them to seek more and to break out of their circle of poverty and achieve their dreams. For me, if I am able to change one life, I am proud. I hope you will help me to better the lives of those less fortunate than us.
