WE MADE IT!!!

We are raising £4,500 to help fund a field course to South Africa, where we will be supporting ongoing research about conservation and biodiversity in the KwaZulu-Natal region. As part of our Zoology degree, this course will offer us hands-on experience in ecological research, biodiversity surveys, and wildlife monitoring in a setting wildly different to the UK.

To help cover the costs of this field trip, we successfully walked over 110km from Chester to the summit of Snowdon over three days. This challenge is our way of earning your support towards these costs, such as flights, basic food, and accommodation. None of the money raised goes towards any non-essential leisure or activity costs.

Any support is completely optional and hugely appreciated. Thank you for helping us and giving us the opportunity to go on this field trip, and for your support in our journey into careers in animal science!
