Yesterday, we received the news that Kristen's father, Gene Filice, sadly lost his battle with cancer.

It has been a very tough time for Kristen these last 12 months. She has been journeying between London and Chicago as much as possible to be by Gene's side, including being with him in his last moments.

Kristen leads the Global Impact team at eBay, through which she has supported many charities and causes. Her compassion is unrivalled and we wanted to give back to her and support her in her time of need.
