I've raised £18000 to Save my dads life.

On the 9th November 2022 I received an early hours call from my dad who has been living in Thailand. It appears that my dad had been bitten by an insect, what looked to be a small scorpion - on the receipt of the bite his foot instantly became red and severely swollen. My dad has underlying heath conditions including type 2 diabetes, his condition has allowed infection to set in rapidly - he has been diagnosed with necrotizing fasciitis on the left leg (flesh eating disease that has taken all the skin and flesh from his foot to his knee) . As his health has rapidly gone downhill over the last week, I have made the long and expensive journey to be by his side to ensure he receives the correct treatment ( he seems very confused) I am also looking into various different options to get my dad home, one being an emergency repatriation flight.
I have tried all other means of raising funds, I have asked for British Consulate/embassy help and guidance - they have shown very little interest in helping my dad's situation - we are constantly waiting for updates from them often waiting days later due to the time difference.
The current situation has left me facing spiralling hospital bills for his continued care, treatment, and medication. We believed our only option would be to get dad home once he was stable enough to be medically cleared to fly (which was confirmed a few days ago with receipt of a fit to fly cert). We have sourced a medical repatriation team and in a matter of days, desperately tried to raise money from family - to pay for this, plus huge hospital bills, medication, and rehabilitation - I have really struggled as we are a very small family. If we are not successful there is a possibility he would have to stay in Thailand and be cared for long-term. Therefore I'm desperately fundraising to ensure we can cover all scenarios to keep my dad alive and hopefully one day recover.
So we ask you all please, please donate whatever you can to our cause to try and bring my dad home for the urgent treatment and care he needs and for the treatment he is currently receiving and will need going forward.
