I've raised £3000 to donate in 2018 to N.I. Chest Heart & Stroke - one of the charities that helped Kristian Robinson during his wonderful life & tragic death.

Our beautiful Kristian left this world suddenly & unexpectedly in September 2017. Kristian had autism, severe learning difficulties, limited speech & also developed seizures at the age of 17. Kristian suffered a seizure & cardiac arrest; he was 24 years old & 6' 3" tall. He was our lives, our love & brightest light; the most pure & gentlest soul. Kristian enriched our lives beyond measure; his big blue eyes, mischievous smile & infectious laughter. Kristian filled our hearts with more love than we could ever dream of & guaranteed to make your bad days good & your good days better.
From the age of 3 Disney was Kristian's world of escape, fun & learning. Each film that he watched encouraged speech, evoked emotion & aided Kristian to tap into human touch in a way that people with autism so seldom do. Kristian would liken people & situations in his life onto Disney characters & scenarios with such love & sincerity.
Kristian enjoyed many happy years at Tor Bank Special School. He completed his bronze & silver Duke of Edinburgh awards but sadly during the gold award Kristian experienced his first seizure which inevitably put an end to this challenge. Kristian developed an interest in gardening, dancing & achieved awards from BMC for catering and arts & crafts.
Kristian joined Edgcumbe TRC aged 19. The open garden area outside his room provided a great source of freedom to Kristian & again he participated in many activities. Dance & Movement at Crescent Arts, gardening within the centre, cooking & the ultimate chill out with snoozelene on Wednesday.
L'Arche on Friday afternoon in all seasons - harvesting crops, pushing the wheelbarrow, wind chimes & hand shakes with special friends.
Caring Breaks & Nemo Swim - treasured memories.
We long to fill our empty lives with the goodness of Kristian. To this end, we dedicate our undying love for as long as we live & vow to keep his memory & beautiful face in as many hearts for as long as we are able.
