Finley is about to go into Key Stage 2 this September and whilst his school has a great Sensory Room for Reception class until Year 2, his new room needs a lot of love and more equipment.

Finley is going to raise money this summer by doing a lots of things but the main two events are a sponsored 10 mile walk and holding a model railway open day at our house to raise funds to paint and equip the room.

For those of you that don't know Finley has Sensory Processing Disorder and while with age, and help he is managing his emotions and senses/brain however he can still become overwhelmed easily. A Sensory Room is a clam space he can go to and process everything that he has faced that day which had been over stimulating. Not only will it benefit him but lots of other children within the school.

I have also volunteered to go in and paint the space to give it a fresh look.
