I've raised £300 to Raise Money for Heaven's gate, National Animal Welfare Trust charity.

In August we (Karen, Sarah and Hazel) are walking end to end of Hadrian's Wall. Starting in Walls End (Newcastle), ending in Bowness-on-Solway, near Carslie. The wall is 83 miles in total and we are doing this over 6 days, which is approx. 12-15 miles a day.
We are raising money for the heaven’s gate animal re-homing centre. Recently the cats benefited from a nice new cattery with central heating and comfortable living space.
Heaven’s gate are now raising money so the dogs can have the same, to improve their living conditions, when through no fault of their own they are found without a home.
Heaven’s gate is part of National Animal Welfare Trust, and is situated at West Henley, near Langport. The centre cares, rehabilitates and re-homes animals that have been abandoned or handed into the Centre through no fault of their own. Last year over 500 animals arrived at the centre, many of them needing veterinary treatment, neutering, microchipping and vaccinating.
