Helping mums is something I am passionate about after struggling for over 2 years with Post Natal Depression and Anxiety. 1 in 4 mums struggle (and 1 in 10 dads) so it's something we need to help beat.

MummyLinks is a free app that helps mums beat loneliness and the often resulting maternal mental health issues. It relies on donations to keep it running and to improve it, and that is where you come in!

You may have found this page as a result of the #ShoutieSelfie campaign which helps to raise awareness of maternal mental health issues to help reduce the stigma, or you may be one of the great guests coming to my lovely FIL's wedding who has kindly asked for donations as opposed to presents! However you've heard about this page, thanks for taking a look and for any donation you are able to make :-)

Astoundingly, nowadays 93% of mums are lonely every week. This doesn't need to be the case. But so often new mums live far from family, and move away from friends to start a family.
