On October 28, 2023, our beloved father, fiancé, son, brother, friend and dear friend Jakub Setlak passed away.

Always a smiling and cheerful man who was willing to help at any time. His death came suddenly. The family and friends, immersed in sadness, were not ready for this, so help is needed. The costs associated with cremating the body, bringing it to Poland and funeral are huge, and Government aid is unfortunately a drop in the ocean of needs. Therefore, we are asking for financial support that will allow us to say goodbye to Jakub with dignity on his last journey.

Kuba and his family moved to Spalding from Boston a few years ago and worked hard to provide for his loved ones

W dniu 28.10.2023 r. odszedł od Nas ukochany tata, narzeczony, syn, brat, przyjaciel i serdeczny kolega Jakub Setlak.

Zawsze uśmiechnięty i pogodny chłopak, który służył pomocą w każdej chwili. Jego śmierć przyszła nagle. Rodzina i przyjaciele, pogrążeni w smutku, nie byli na to gotowi, wobec czego potrzebna jest pomoc, również materialna. Koszty związane z kremacją ciała, sprowadzeniem do Polski oraz pogrzebem są ogromne, a pomoc państwa jest niestety kroplą w morzu potrzeb. Prosimy zatem o finansowe wsparcie, które pozwoli nam godnie pożegnać Jakuba w jego ostatniej drodze.
