Story
On 3 May 2017 my mum got the life saving call at 5am that a potential match had been found. Mum had PSC a rare autoimmune liver disease. Without the transplant she would not be here today. We want to continue to annually fundraise and thank the unit for all the hard work they do pre and post transplant for the patients and their families.
