Story

Hi my name is Lesley Rhodes. i am a retired nurse living in Drighlington.

I am trying to raise money to help young children in a primary school in Kenya.

Memusi is a charity foundation raising money to teach children and to build schools in areas of need. The foundation also provides two free school meals a day and provides access to doctors and dentists via a medical Camp.

As a volounteer i will fly out on the 14th March 2019 for 10 days teaching children anything from art classes to building projects to life skills.

Due to coming from a nursing background and with the 35 years experience i believe i can help make a difference to the children and the quality of care and support they recieve.

This is a registered charity and i can provide any additional imformation you may request.

The cost of the trip is £1250. All donations matter no matter how big or small. It would be greatly appreciated.
