I've raised £3500 to raise money for Know Thyself Charitable Trust

During the last week of June and beginning of July, La Fosse CEO James Parker and Propel Director (and friend of Tom’s) Phil Rees are running the length of the River Thames, starting at the source in Oxford and finishing at Coombe Point Beach where the Thames meets the sea.
This momentous challenge is all to raise money for ‘Know Thyself’, a charity set up as a legacy for our colleague and friend Tom Vaughan who tragically passed away in 2019. If you didn’t know Tom, here is a link to his website where you can watch a short video of this great man: https://www.knowthyselfcharity.com.
James and Phil will be passing through London on Friday 2nd July and we have decided to put together a walk/run to join them through London during their 5th day.
This is open to absolutely everyone. We’d like to invite you to walk, run, or meet us at the finish line in the Trafalgar Tavern Pub near the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, where we will be celebrating with some food and drinks.
All and any donations via the JustGiving page are greatly appreciated. We hope to raise as much money as we can, both for the wonderful people running this charity in Tom’s memory and for the millions of young people struggling with their mental health.
