Hi there,

So my name is Vanessa but everyone calls me Ness. I used to be a volunteer myself and know the challenges of fundraising. A few years ago I came back to the U.K and had a very difficult time adjusting. Last year I became unemployed, homeless, was in abusive relationships, depressed and ultimately hopeless.

It was when I was very isolated and unsure how to move on I met these local volunteers/missionaries. They were amazing! They gave me hope and began to restore my identity, whether at dance they did in the community, gatherings, or one to one meetings/counsel, and I'm one of the many hundreds they've impacted over the years of their volunteering here in the UK. They restored my hope but more importantly my faith.

I now want to repay them with some love and fundraise for the amazing works they do. Im cycling from Lands End to John O Groats (1000 miles) and would love you to help by sponsoring me! This money will help them to continue doing the amazing works their doing and help many more lost people like I used to be!
