Langholme Lake (Axholme Fisheries) are raising £500 in aid of Firefly Cancer Awareness and Support based in Doncaster. Registered charity number 1147235.

An upcoming three-day charity fishing event is taking place from the 28th to 30th August 2026.

Firefly Cancer Awareness and Support is a wonderful charity founded in 2006 that provides free transport for cancer patients across the Yorkshire area using a dedicated team of volunteer drivers.

Firefly currently have a fleet of 13 vehicles and rely heavily on the generosity of fundraising to enable the service to continue.
