This August, four brave souls (plus one Largs Thistle player!) are stepping up to the plate – literally – to raise funds for the Largs Colts 2016 team as they prepare for their once-in-a-lifetime trip to Barcelona.

The challenge?

A culinary gauntlet that’s not for the faint-hearted. Our contestants will face:

• The infamous Surströmming (fermented fish from Sweden, known as the smelliest food in the world!)

• The One Chip Challenge (a single crisp coated in Carolina Reaper chilli, one of the hottest on the planet)

• An edible tarantula (yes, really…)

Each bite, grimace, and tear shed will be in aid of helping the Colts 2016 squad get to Barcelona to compete, learn, and create unforgettable memories as a team.
