I've raised £200 to fund the vital work of LATNEM Maternal Mental Health peer support

LATNEM support mums from all over the North East of Scotland with their mental health. We were founded in 2020 and have seen demand soar in the pandemic.
To celebrate turning one we would like to ask our littlest supporters to get moving and take part in our sponsored toddle; 'a mile for mummy'.
Mums, Dads, Grannies, aunties and uncles can take part too and can certainly help by sponsoring our little athletes.
Your money really makes a difference to the lives of mums and families we support.
What your donations mean to us:
£1 = refreshments for 4 mums at a support meeting
£5 = A mindfulness resource for a mum struggling with anxiety
£8 = A birth trauma reference book
£10 = A family meal
£18 = An hour of childcare so that a mum can see a mental health professional alone.
£20 = A self-care package for a local mum staying in a Mother and Baby Mental Health Unit
£80 = A group session with a Mindfulness Practitioner
£100 = A group session with a Perinatal Chartered Clinical Psychologist
…and so, so much more!
