Deb Joy what an amazing woman. A doting mother of 4 and grandmother to 2 beautiful babies, she has displayed tremendous strength through lifes highs and lows.

Deb has been struggling to beat cancer for the past 15 years, and has been an uphill battle. As a single mother her tenacity and inner strength has been nothing short of remarkable; constantly mindful of the wellbeing of her family above and beyond her own needs. She has now been diagnosed for a third time. Deb and her loved ones are heavily relying on doctors to help her live with quality.

Though life has been incredibly tough, Deb has taken much solice in her music. Her love affair with music was heavily inspired by her father from a very young age and that passion has been present with her ever since.

Her love of music didnt go unnoticed by her contemporaries and various friends in the music industry. Her reputation has preceded her, and in turn has bought much accolade.

Deb spent her youth in pursuit of her passion through music and dance. The wealth of knowledge and experience she gained, ultimately, led her to Djing alongside some of her most revered names in clubland.

Though, only taking to the decks in the last 10 years, Deb also played at festivals and her own radio shows. Her rise in notoriety is of no suprise as she was always humble and loved by everyone who knew her.

It is of much regret that due to this cruel disease, Deb is no longer able to do the thing she loved most. Deb has decided to sell her vast vinyl record collection to financially support her care and to make suitable adjustments to her home to make her life more comfortable.
