I want to help my Dad to live a happier life. He has struggled with depression, anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember which has made life a real struggle for him. There are things he wants to do but has never had the mental frame of mind to achieve them, and I'd love to help in the best possible way I can.

Raising this money would mean the absolute world, I'd be able to get him the support that he needs to manage his mental health problems and overcome his anxiety using targeted counselling and therapy which costs approx £3,200 for the full programme. I also want to help him to make improvements to his home life so he can live a happier existence day to day, fitting a new Kitchen and Bathroom as the current ones are falling apart and he doesn't have the money to fix them, or ability to earn it due to his battles with mental health problems..

It breaks my heart to see him struggle, and live such an unpredictable life, any help you can give so I can make it better would be amazing. Thank you x
