I recently sold my girls icandy on Facebook marketplace to a lovely young lady with two little children. She explained to me she is a single mum, she had saved up her food money week by week since her youngest who is now 8 weeks was born. She was so excited to have a new(second hand) double pram for her children as she had not been out the house with both of them on her own since her smallest was born. I was so happy that my pram was destined for a good loving home!

However Hermes came to collect the parcel a day early and have now stated the pram is lost. They are not offering any compensation and we cant even get through to a real person on the phone we have just been fobbed off with emails saying it won't happen again! I feel so so sad that such a nice lady doing her best for her family has been robbed of this and I am so cross that Hermes don't seem to care nor have a clue about who their driver was.

Please help us donate to get this lady and her two children to get the pram they deserve! Above is a picture of the second hand icandy she really wants for her family.
