Jonny and June are undertaking the Tadcaster triathlon this year to raise money for Tadcaster Stingrays. They have been training hard and hope to raise lots of money to support this fantastic club. Tadcaster Stingrays is open to young people aged between 11 and 18 with learning and physical disabilities, who can already swim at least 25m. The club is all about inclusion and promoting sport for all. It is an opportunity for the young people to gain a sense of belonging and to be proud members of a group. This is extremely important because some young people with disabilities can feel so isolated and different. Stingrays want to stop every child or young person feeling this way whilst keeping fit and having fun swimming. As a group they pride themselves on training together as a team.
