I'm running Mull Half Marathon on Saturday 1st August and thought I would try to raise a few quid for Mull Music Makers. For those who don’t know it’s a free music group for children to learn how to play the violin from some top class tutors. My Eli absolutely loves it! 🎻

Mull Music Makers is a community music programme that gives children and young people on the Isle of Mull and Iona the opportunity to learn the violin and develop their general musicianship.

They offer:

* Free violin tuition for school-age children on Mull and Iona

* Monthly weekend workshops during school term

* Online lessons and practice videos

* A five-day Summer Week with intensive tuition and performances

* Concerts and ceilidhs where participants perform for family, friends, and visitors
