On behalf of Lisa Burton, one of Mel's friends and colleagues I have set up this page. Wording agreed by Lisa. And these lovely pictures of smiling Mel were also shared by her.
"We are all shocked and saddenned at the very recent loss of our much loved friend and colleague Melanie Hughes. Knowing she will leave a gap in many of our lives, I wish to acknowledge that 3 lovely young people have lost their beautiful Mother.
While nothing can make up for their loss, I am sure they are finding great comfort in the messages they have been recieving from many of you already.
These 3 young people are facing a very sad and difficult time and Id like to do as much as I can to help them.
We have set up this page to try and raise some funds for them. If there are any immediate bills or financial worries then we can help in some way help Alex, Lilly and Emily.
