1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year. Lives are lost and families are torn about as a result. It feeds homelessness, addiction and suicide.

Our first PH7 Re-balance programme - working through depression, starts next week. We have had a huge amount of interest in the programme and now have a waiting list for the next course.

Each place on our course costs £500 and provides 48 hours of integrated therapy and contact for each participant.

In order to raise these funds for just one person to attend the course I am going to complete a tandem skydive! I would like to raise £800 to cover the cost of the skydive and the £500 needed to fund just one place on the course.
