After repeatedly seeing a homeless guy only known by Chris, walking miles and miles daily in Sleaford with his dog and his remaining belongings on a bike... it's safe to say it's pulled on my heart strings.
I don't know much about Chris just he has unfortunately found himself out on the dark, cold streets, but reading the heartbreaking comments online of him having nowhere to live because he wouldn't leave his dog, which is his best friend, for council sheltering is soul destroying. He doesn't accept gifts for himself, just food for his dog and money set aside in a marketplace cafe for meals.

I'm hoping as a community, if we all put a few pounds or anything we can towards helping Chris find a home, this could potentially pay his rent upfront on somewhere for 6 months, secure him somewhere warm and dry, his dog will be safe and hopefully he could then find work and beat this viscous cycle.
No one deserves to live on the streets!!! 💔

It would be amazing if we could get enough funds to find somewhere for him and his doggy in time for Christmas!
