I've raised £600 to Ectopic pregnancy

Four months ago I found out I was pregnant. Amazing right? However, for me I was filled with dread. Not because I’m a horrible person but because every pregnancy i’ve had since my boy (12 years ago) has resulted in a loss (10 to be precise).
True to form, this time was nearly the last time for me. I very nearly lost my life. I had my third ectopic pregnancy. I have had two previous pregnancies occurring within the same fallopian tube. Only to discover, I had had another in the same tube; which unfortunately ruptured. I lost 2.7 litres of blood and had to undergo surgery. Resulting in the removal of the pregnancy and the clamping of my right fallopian tube.
I had a brilliant team post surgery to give me the necessary blood (thank you to those who donated ❤️)and care I needed. I wish I could emphasise how much I was looked after. They made my time in hospital a nice time. I say ‘nice’ because I didn’t want to be there but the staff made it a lot easier. The memories I hold from that time are nicer, because of them.
From what I have researched and been told by my surgeon, I am a very rare case. There has been no woman that she or other any other of her team have come across, that are still fertile after three recurrent ectopics (let alone, in same tube). They‘re now opening up new case studies based on this.
My reason for posting this is not to gain sympathy, I don‘t want that. I’m so very grateful for the help I have received from our NHS and the people closest to me. I am simply trying to give back and prevent anymore women from experiencing my situation.
Therefore, I am surrendering myself to a sponsored skydive for an ectopic charity. Surrender may sound dramatic! But I am petrified of flying, let alone, throwing myself out of a plane! I believe that ultimately, there can be more research done In order to help more women like me; who have been through this horrific experience.
I am just so very thankful that I was saved. I am still here to raise this money and tell my story. Please help if you can. I understand that there’s a lot asked of these days, so only donate if you can afford to.
I’d like to personally thank you for reading this. If you donate, I am truly grateful. I believe with enough research, anything is possible. Let‘s make the unthinkable happen. Let‘s raise awareness together!
Thanks again,
Laura
