Well I did it! To say I'm knackered tonight is a bit of an understatement but I'm still proud of what I have achieved, both in terms of the running and the amount of money raised! Currently nursing a couple of injuries but I'm trying not to feel too sorry for myself. Time of 2:07 is a slightly off what I'd have liked for the half but given the circumstances, I'll have to take it and be proud. Many thanks to you all again for your support and to my running buddy, Kirk for being a champ and taking on his own challenge! Here's to the next one!

Well that's the 3rd 10km done and dusted! Bit disappointed by the fact that the Connswater course was half a km short but happy with the fact that I did a good run anyway. I am still blown away by all your generosity and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! The Belfast half marathon is now 5 weeks away, need to up my game and get the mileage up!

Well race number 2 in the fundraising road was completed on Friday night at the Giant's Trail Race. 6 miles of more hills than I would have cared for but it was all for a wonderful cause. Next race is the Connswater 10k on the 19th August and I'm determined to get a PB. Thank you to you all for your continued support! *have to love the daft pic!
