Story
Summer was 3 years old when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She has spent the last year and 8 months on chemotherapy and still has 6 months to go. She has had hundreds of doses of chemo including 11 lumber punctures which involve her being put under general anaesthetic. She has had to spend a lot of time in hospital to receive treatment. Summer's treatment ends on 17/11/2018 and her parents would love to take her to DisneyLand and I would love to help make that happen. Summer's Mummy Lizzie is one of my oldest and dearest friends who is a brave, humble and pure human being who deserves a break! Please sponsor me to 'run' a 10k obstacle course and help me help them. Thank You

6 years agoThank you so much for supporting me. I have transferred the money to Lizzie (Summer's Mummy). I believe wish upon a star will also be helping. Hopefully Summer will get to DisneyLand Paris and the money we raised will go towards spoiling this very special, brave and precious little girl who deserves it!!!!! Thank you Xxxx

6 years agoI did it!! In a not so great time of about 2 and a half hours... but I did it and have the bruises to prove it!! I did it with my friend Anna. Anna's little boy Jacob raced in the roughian rascals and came third!! I fell at the first obstacle, straight into the drink! Had such fun doing it though and raised some money for Summer and her family so very happy. My page is open till September so please if you can afford to give a little bit that would be great!! Thanks

I grew up with Summer's Mum, Lizzie Russell (used to be Lizzie Gunn), we have been friends for over 30 years and I love her and any way I can help a terrible situation I will at least try. I am Mummy to a 6 month old and am incredibly unfit so this will be a real challenge!!
