Hi people, I am trying to raise awarness and gather donations for Sams Armed Forces Support Hub. I volunteer here and have seen what an amazing service they are; it is a unique and dedicated Armed Forces organisation supporting veterans and serving soldiers along with their families to lead happy and fulfilling lives. In return for your donations I promise to run the 5K fun run with obstacles :), I am far from fit so this will be a chanllege. Also for all those wanting to have a giggle I will be getting paint and various other substances thrown at me whilst running :) The service signposts veteran's to the most appropriate services to get specialised support whilst feelin empowered, motivated, and less isolated by our team of volunteers. We aim to help the Armed Forces Community with issues such as housing, benefits, health, family law, social exclusion, employment, drug and alcohol issues. The money raised will go towards taking veterans and and thetheir families on trips as well as ensuring our much valued service can continue to run. Please help us to help those who need support :)
