Story
On Wednesday 7th of December four of us (Lauren Bennett, Shenai Sinhal, Emily Davis and Richard Friemann) will be participating in a 24 hour food fast. We are doing this to raise awareness of the Cathedral Archer Project, an amazing charity that helps and supports homeless people in Sheffield and surrounding areas. This is part of a larger fundraising programme, in order to fund and host a final event for the charity. We will be facing what homeless people have to go through every day, with some people experiencing multiple days at a time without food, a luxury that most of us take for granted.
To help someone in need, your donations can help with the following;
£50 a month could by weekly food parcels for a rough sleeper to help them survive
£10 a month could buy 5 replacement pairs of socks and underwear
£5 could buy a full cooked breakfast and a hot shower
Every contribution helps, so please give what you can to this worthy cause, and help to support people in your local area.
