MIND the one charity i can relate to, a majority of my family have suffered from mental health and it's scary the amount of people dealing with it alone.

My uncle, my best friend and my god father took his own life through drugs, depression he was alone living with it acting like he was handling life and we all go on thinking because that persons smiling or laughing we believe that they are fine he wasn't he was far from fine, he phoned my mum the night before to tell us how much he loved us I didn't dare speak for some odd reason, he was devastated that I didn't want to talk to him, me obviously oblivious to the fact it would have been the last time I ever heard his voice or get to say I love you, I was 10 years old and that feeling is still with me 15 years later.

My mum, my dad, my grandad have all suffered from depression all for various reasons.

Let's spread awareness for mental health and help people deal with it TOGETEHR and not ALONE.
