My partner found little Peggy covered in muck, alone in a barn. She was abandoned by her Mother because of her broken paw. He brought her home because he knew she wouldn't make it unless she got some proper care. We have completely fallen for her, she's so brave and curious! We have decided to care for little Peggy, but as we didn't plan on having a pet, we have no insurance! The vet bills are more than we can manage alone. They are suggesting surgery to remove the leg to stop her from having to drag it around and learn to function on three legs, so any support would be incredibly kind!!
