Jake is taking part in a three mile walk through Grasmere village, across Grasmere common and up Helm Crag with his football team, to raise funds for a fantasic football club!!

Jake has cerebral palsy, as do his team mates and walking this far is going to be challenge but they all cant wait!!

All money, will go directly to the club. Who do a fantastic job with children of all ages and abilities, who just want to play football!

Any donations would be greatly recieved!
