I am a community carer and I deal with clients on a daily basis that have Dementia. It is a hard aggressive illness. I see the struggles, hardship, grief and upset clients and their loved ones have to go through. I want to raise money so a local charity can develop and continue a fantastic service they deliver to people of Essex. The money will be going to peaceful place, a day care centre in Rochford that specialises in young onset dementia.

I plan with Sophie Carson to complete a half marathon in Southend on 7th July 2018. This is my first charity event so I didn't think I should start easy.
