Hi! My name is Lauren.. In february 2017 I weighed 23 stone and 3 pounds.. Today in april 2018 I weigh just under 14 stone taking my total weight loss to 9stone 5 pounds!! Or 131 pounds however you like to measure it.. Its been one amazing weight loss journey so far I have not only changed my physical apprearance but I have changed as a person too gaining confidence I could never dream of having, unfotunatly with extreme weight loss comes some extreme excess skin!! That is uncomfortable and also embarrasing where it claps (yes claps) when I am trying to workout..I am hoping to raise enough money to have this surgically removed to help me continue on my jouney to the new me!
