I've always said that the only reason I would cut my hair would be for charity, and the decision has now been made! The funds raised will be split equally between Little Princess trust (along with my hair) and a local Callander cause that will be voted on by the community. The minimum length of hair that can be donated is 7 inches and this will be donated no matter how much is raised, my hair is currently 32 inches top to bottom. For every £200 raised after the £700 is met, I will have an additional inch cut. So there is potential here to give me a baldy!! My hair will be cut on Wednesday 29th August, giving a few months to let it grow even longer. Gary isn't very happy about my decision, so at least if I get dumped, it will be for a great cause lol. It's only hair to people that have it, it is so much more to people that don't. I'll sport a bowl cut with pride if my hair and funds raised can help at least one little girl, and help during what will undoubtedly be the hardest time of her life. The other half of the funds will hopefully help the community of Callander to provide support to the local children or elderly, this will be decided via Facebook and local polls.
