I've raised £1000 to support the Worcester Food Bank

Each year we light up the 50ft Christmas tree in our front garden with over 1,000 lights in order to raise money for charity.
This year we again decided that our nominated charity would be the Worcester Food Bank as there are so many people struggling to feed themselves and their children.
We will be celebrating the switch-on of the lights with the aid of a vintage children's fairground ride, a fairground organ playing Christmas carols and fireworks. There might even be a steam traction engine! The annual event this year will be held on Saturday 3 December at 6.30 pm. and the tree will be lit every evening until the 6 January.
Do come along and enjoy the switch-on along with our friends and neighbours in the village and please, please give generously so that we can, in a small way, help to alleviate some of the suffering that will be felt by so many this winter.
